PROJECT MANAGEMENT
As a critical requirement, we preform a thorough review of each project. At the kick off meeting, any potential problems are noted and addressed. Suggested solutions are brought forward and discussed with the client. Once the final deliverables have been determined, materials are procured, the schedule is maintained and the budget managed. Records are generated and stored for future projects.
GRAPHIC PRODUCTION
We perform graphic pre-flight on all files, then provide a highly informational PDF layout for review and approval. Any file problems are immediately brought forward so updates can be made. When we are a third party contractor, this form is branded with your company logo. Following client approval, graphic production is initiated. Graphics are inspected throughout each stage of the process and reviewed for quality and accuracy. Finally, graphics are protectively packaged and prepared for delivery or pickup.
INSTALLATION
When installation is required, (and we are a third party contractor) our team operates as an extension of and representative of your team. As part of our service, we would also perform pre-install site surveys in the same manner. Whether a short term trade show display or event, versus a permanent install at a corporate facility or public experience, our highly trained team will get it done correctly. We clean up as we go and pack out everything we bring in.
PACKAGING & FULFILLMENT
We kit, properly package and ship finished graphics to arrive safely and undamaged. Whether shipping to a tradeshow, central warehouse, or 500 individual facilities, every phase of the process is streamlined and documented. Reports will keep you advised every step of the way.
